Question

if you have an eviction and you pay balance is eviction dismissed?

Answer

It depends. The landlord might choose to dismiss it since you have brought yourself current, but he (or she) would have grounds to continue as the breach of contract is complete when you failed to pay. It is not an automatice process, and since the landlord will have incurred costs in going after you, it is ulikely he or she will simply forget about it.
