Your dizzines may be coming from the degenerative disease at your cervical spine ( neck).
If you have subluxation ( loosening) of C1-2 joints, then this is possible.
This can only diagnosed by Xrays taken at flexion & extension of neck views.
Another possibility is vertebrobasilar insufficiency. This is the arterial system supplying the posterior part of your brain.
Reduced blood supply due to arterial plaques etc. can cause persistent dizziness.
You should see a neurologist.

if you still have discomfort in your ear, then inner ear inflammation or labyrinthitis can also cause this.
Labyrinthitis may take 2-3 months for full recovery.
You can try meclizine 25-50 mg upto 3 times a day to control your dizziness if required.
