Hello,
Yo sound depressed, guilt ridden and living in a rather bizarre livinmg arrangement. Are you asking what should you do to stabilize things, and reduce your feelings of depression and guilt?
Sincerely,
Ralph LMHC
I think it is a stressor living with your ex boyfriend as it is a constant reminder of that which did not work. I do not think you are the verge of a break down, but do think that you need to address these issues. I believe the best way to do so is to go for a brief course of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). In CBT you are taught new ways to think and act an as a result you feel better and in more control.
