Answer

ok, thanks for confirming that! An older dog that is not eating well, should be evaluated for metabolic issues such as kidney disease, liver disease, or other internal organ problems. Your best bet is to see your veterinarian in order to have some blood tests done, to rule out the possible causes of why she isn't eating. Also, a blood count can show any evidence of infection or anemia, both of which could contribute to a poor appetite.

on her last check up her doctor said that her liver enzymes are little high could that be the reason .

OK, thanks. It's possible that the levels may have gone up since then, due to a worsening of the condition, and maybe it's gotten to the point where it's affected her appetite. I'd definitely advise rechecking those levels, and possibly having an x-ray and ultrasound of the liver.
