Question
I found a stray dog that is very malnourished. She has diarrhea, vomiting, green discharge from eyes, green pus-like lesions all over her body. She won't eat much but does drink alot. She is very weak. What is my next step? Should I continue to keep my dogs away? Help?

Yes, I would keep this stray dog confined and away from your other dogs. She may have sarcoptic mange and a secondary bacterial skin infection and the mange is certainly contagious to your dogs.
With diarrhea and vomiting, I would also be concerned about infectious diseases such as parvo virus and distemper. Hopefully your dog's are all adults and have had recent vaccinations, but be sure to wash your hands thoroughly after being with the stray dog. It wouldn't be overkill to remove your shoes and change your clothes, too!
Because she sounds very sick, I recommend taking to your vet tomorrow. The skin infection and eye infection need antibiotics and something needs to be done to help with the vomiting and diarrhea.
Good luck!
