Info Request

in what state do you reside, how long have you been married, is there a prenup?

I have been married 37 plus years, the reason I asked if the one to file, because my husband is provoking or challenging to divorse me and don't really want to make action, I suspect him with a third party and always blaming for everything and humiliate regardless any place.

In sum, Arizona is a "Community Property" state. Community property is all property that was acquired during the marriage. This property will be divided equally (50-50) by the court if the parties are not able to come to an agreement.
