Hi There!!!

Thanks for Choosing Just Answer...

The coach will not start because it needs to see Neutral, with the pad being dead I would check the TCM (transmission control module) for a blown fuse. The TCM is a small box that contains fuses and relays, should be 2 fuses. I have seen a loose fuse cause this condition before. The TCM box location will vary, some manufacturers stick it below the dash pad shifter in the dash and others will mount it on the outside in the front storage bay or frame rail. Should say Allison on it... IF you are having problems finding it please let me know...

Hi again,

IS this a frieghtliner chassis? One other place to look is in the last compartment on the passenger side, the TCM might be located in this area with some other boxes. See if you can find a large wire harness underneath and follow it, they may be mounted on the back side of that compartment....

Thanks, Robert
