Thanks for requesting me! There is no screw in heater that I am aware of. However, Kats makes a freeze plug style heater or a radiator hose style (as you mentioned). Either one is effective in heating the coolant, but the rad hose style is easier to install.

I didn't see your response.... in the future it is better to start a new question and request me so I will see it sooner. It sounds like the check valve in the fuel pump is no good. This would require replacing the fuel pump to repair. The alternative is an aftermarket inline check valve. SUR&R makes them here is just one link of many:

I've never used that product but I LOVE their brake line. Bends easy and doesn't rust, perfect for us in the North!
The problem may be a fuel injector leaking but you would usually notice the excess fuel burning off on first start and a stumble when idling. You can test this by putting a fuel pressure gauge deadheaded on to supply line. If it doesn't hold pressure like that then you know the fuel is running back to the tank.
