I have an Oldsmobile bravada 2000 4.3L the engine cranks and gets spark but very low if any fuel pressure in the fuel rail. This happened after I had replaced the intake manifold gasket. and hasn't started since. what could be the solution?

Already Tried:
I checked and do have spark. I also checked the fuel pump relay and it seems to engage but, I have read that if there is not enough voltage the pump will not rotate fast enough and can not figure out how to test for this. of course at the same time I have to jump the battery to turn over the engine.

You might check to be sure all the ground wires are reconnected to the back and front of the engine after the intake was done, you usually need to disconnect these when doing a intake. If there is no problem there the problem may be the fuel pump but the power and grounds to the pump would need to be checked.

You would need to check at the top of the tank, at the pump there is a connector. The gray wire should get power (battery power 12 + volts) and there should be a black wire for the ground.

is it possible that my fuel filter could be clogged as the vehicle has 120,000 miles and I don't know if it has ever been changed?

It is possible but not likely, I have only seen 2 - 3 plugged filter in 26 years.
