Question

1993 Plymouth Voyager 2 - 1/2" hoses come off of the passengers side of the Air Filter housing. The top hose attaches to the rear valve cover. Where does the lower 1/2" hose attach?

The bottom hose points downward, its a water drain in case water enters the air filter housing.
