I am looking to renovate my kitchen (just part of it) and my bathroom. I am also looking for a contractor to provide guidance on the insulation in the attic. Is there a list of reliable qualified providers in the Bolton/Kleinburg area?

Yes there is a list. State licensure is public information. Your state has a website with a link to contractor licensing- look up a license -check a license- by trade-by town-by name. If you have trouble finding the link, tell me what state you are in and I will try to find it for you.

I assumed that this was for Canada. I live in Ontario and there are a few smaller towns around us. The areas are Woodbridge, Bolton, Richmond Hill. So I would need the links to these areas.

Regional Municipality of York, Public health, health protection division, charges $103 for contractors licenses.
This information is from a revenue list. I can not find a direct link. You will have to call them. Angie's list is also a source for local contractors who have performed well.
