Question

I have a Majestic Model # 36BDVR RN vented gas log. We have owned this house for 8 years and have never used the gas fireplace. I tried to light the pilot light over the weekend. The electric igniter does not work so I used a candle lighter. But instead of lighting at the cap where it warms the thermocouplers, the flame lit through the air intake holes underneath. Is there a service provider in Indianapolis Indiana (zip 46237) or can I somehow replace the pilot light section of the gas log system?
