Question

2003 Chevy Tahoe 4.8 ltr, just started the engine and the oil pressure low sensor started to chime. The O/P guage backs up upon ignition and then move about 1/16' and stops. No noises or anything like that. Thank You

Okay. THis problem is either going to be in the gauge itself or in the oil pressure sensor. If there is not any noise then I assume that the oil pump is good. The only way to varify this would be with a manual pressure gauge installed. Is this something you plan on fixing yourself?
