Question

I have a 1994 Chevy Corsica V6 and I have a problem keeping it running without my foot on the brake and the gas pedal. IT gets up to bout 60mph and starts to shake and lose pressure and will cutoff, it will start right back up or I will have to wait about 30 seconds and start it up. I have replaced the fuel pump on yesterday to c if that was the problem. So my question is what could it be? Is it possible it could be the TPS or map sensor?

No I havent since my car is a 94 model auto zone couldnt check the codes I was going to take it to a shop to have it check today. I was just tryin to avoid takin it to a shop

May I ask why auto zone could not test it ? In my area they will test any of them. Was it because it was an older car.

yes they sd because it wasnt a 96 r above it couldnt be tested

Ok you can read the codes your self with out a code scanner on this model. You can read the codes on this model by shorting pins A & B at the top right on your connector with a code key or small wire and turning the key to the on position and your check engine light will start flashing on it you will get a 1 flash and a short pulse and 2 more flashes witch is a code 12 and just keep counting the flashes on it and if any of your sensors are bad it will show up on here. It very well could be the TPS.
