Info Request

It is unusual for a 1 year lease to contain a provision allowing it to be terminated on 30 days notice. Can you scan and post the lease or email to my attention c/o XXXXXXX@XXXXXXXXXX.XXX?

Please clarify is she asking for 15 days of 6 months additional rent?
