Yes, these are protein rich foods and would only help giving her proper nutrition that she needs and would not harm her or the baby.

Numerous books and doctors have said - avoid shell fish and deli meats because of the risk of Listeria, are you saying that there isn't this risk ?

She can have Cooked meats, avoid raw meats, as raw meat can contain infections.
I meant cooked meats and not having these items raw.

Avoid all raw, cold meats, only have cooked meats, if shell fish are meant to be eaten raw, avoid them.
