Question

Hello, I purchased your Honeywell Programmable Thermostat, Model RTH2310 about 15 months ago, very satisfied with it last winter. In programming it now, I was having trouble so I called the XXX-XXX-XXXX for help. A man in the Philipines (?) and I went through the steps and he told me that my readings would work. (He was a little impatient or disgusted with me?) But the setting for sleep (4) did not work. It kept the setting of 70 degrees (1)all night. Since he was satisfied with my reading the settings for him, I am now wondering if my thermostat is malfunctioning? It so, do I buy a new one. I realize my warranty is expired. Do you suggest another model that might be a little easier to program, and it so which one? Can I pull up an on-line catalog for choices? Thanks for any help. Hi Carl,

It is probably better to go to the website and pull up all of the choices with all of the respective information. Here is a link, I always recommend the PRO 8000 series thermostats because I have had success with them and they are easier to manipulate.

Here is a link to the residential thermostat pages.
