My Kitchen Aid dishwasher has very sqweeky hinges. I have tried to lubricate them and they seem to get louder. Help.

ok I told you the part you are going to have to install to fix the issue ,What more of an answer are you looking for ??
Lubricating will not help you have to replace the parts
Kitchen -Aid even has a service pointer on this issue.

Is a replacement kit the only option? You don't know of a way to take care of the problem as it sits?

no way to fix or repair 1000`s have tried ,,,,without the manufactures revised kit.
That is the ONLY fix.
