Question

About two years ago my fiance and I got in to an argument because I wouln't let him hold are 10 day old daughter because of the fact that he was drunk and couldn't even stand up straight. In the end he ended up slapping me across the face and pushing me with my baby in my arms. Neadless to say he was arrested on his first Battery Charge. A year later after we had been trying to work things out. He got very bad into drugs and achaol and ending up puching me in the face, trowing me into the shower and strangled me, and decrupted my 911 call. In the end he was arrested givin 6 months and jail more propation and he got a special conditions bond put on him were we are not allowed to be around each other and the only way to get it dropped is to go in front of a judge. For the sake of our daughter will the special conditond bond be dropped or expiered how long do they last?
