refrigerator door will not close.

Already Tried:
checked leveling, took everything out of door on inside, door will close almost, just barely stays open. will seal if you push it, but it will not close automatically like it should.

This is a somewhat common issue for these built in refrigerator units. The problem is that the doors are very heavy and the bottom hinge plates begin to slip on the door itself. If the hinge slips a bit when the door is pulled shut it will stop about 1/2 an inch or so before shutting all the way. Make sure all the screws are tight on the bottom of the door, and if they are, then remove the upper hinge so that you can remove the door, then replace all the hinge parts so that they don't slip against one another anymore.
