Question

Hello Everytime I go to fill up a glass of water the Whirlpool refrigerator leaks water from the left side of the fridge. The water dispenser is not producing any water. I located the black tube tha goes from the door to under the fridge but I don't know where it connects too. Can you help.

Accepted Answer

it sounds like your water line may have broken. If you pull your entire refrigerator out there is a lower back access panel that you can remove. On the left side is the water valve assembly where your water line from your house connects into your unit. Remove the cover and dispense some water and you should be able to see where the water is coming from, whether it be the valve itself, or a broken water line.
