my bottom drawer touchpad does not work at all! worked fine 2 days ago. how can i fix this?

no not at all.

if the bottom drawer isn't responding at all then the control board inside the door itself is bad. There is a power board that gives power to both drawers so if the top drawer is still working, the board inside the bottom drawer itself is bad and needs to be replaced.
