Question

Hi I am in california had an accident in 12/08.The other party is investigating so my attorney dropped the case, but my dr sent me her bill for $1,750. I have $2,000 med pay on my insurance can i ask the doctor to send her report and the bill to my insurance company and will they pay her?

Going primarily by your question, this depends purely on the terms and conditions listed in your Insurance terms.

 

But, what ever I can get from your question, you must be covered with such expenses. Therefore, YOU CAN ask the doctor to put her bill up with the insurance company for processing. You will need to follow the usual procedure that is normally adopted for claims.
