Often you have been thinking about that person even if subconsiously during the day and your mind is still thinking about them at night. Just as in the day when you randomly think of someone that can happen in your dreams.

Thank you for your answer, I understand that I can subconsiously think of someone during the day, just as well as night-which makes it a dream. But it really doesn't feel like a dream (but maybe it is), more or less just thoughts as if I were thinking. Their not memories of the past with that person, but things I want to say to to that person presently. Is this the minds way of sorting things out, a healing process, or closure?
