You need to speed up your legal seperation or divorce to address these issues. Unfortunately, the general behavior regarding the children will not be easy to address. You shoudl keep a record of such behavior as it could be useful in your divorce. Moving the process along and building a less turbulent home will serve the children the best. Speaking with your divorve attorney will be the best route to start the seperation or divorce. The wifes actions regarding your marital funds will be considered and addressed in the context of the seperation or divorce. She is not free to take funds at her own discretion for her own purpose. Part of the purpose of the legal seperation or divroce is to divide the marital property including any funds.
