I downloaded Malwrebytes' Anti-Malware and ran the scan, deleted the infected files but I still have the same problem. That is the Nortel Antivirus Virus that has constant popups affecting my computer. Please help!

I downloaded and tried the Superspyware scan and it came up with 241 infected files and items. I had them removed and then rebooted my computer. It appears to have worked. No more pop ups so far.
Thanks!!
