I have contacted the moderators, they should be strightening up the issue about the misplaced accept you clicked..

Now if i understand you correctly you want to clear everything off your computer and restart?

The way we would do that to make the computer like new would be to reinstall the operating system..

Keep in mind this will delete all your pictures, music, and any extra programs you have downloaded..

If you arent worried about that we can proceed..

If you are worried about saving pictures, files, or documents first, then Go ahead and start saving the files and music and pictures you need..

You will need to save them on something extaernal.. A cd, ausb memory stick, an external hardrive..

because when we do the reinstall it will delete everything..
