hello sir,

do you have a reinstallation disk? or recovery disk?

Reply

No i dont have a disk.

Answer

hi sir,

you can access your recovery partition by pressing the F10 button.

please restart your computer. when it restarts, press F10.

it will bring you into the recovery partition (preloaded by toshiba)

this will reinstall your system.

if F10 does not work, please try F2 and F9 buttons.
