The problem is in the rotors.If the brakes were making a squealing sound you should have turned them.Turn the rotors and the noise will go away.Even with the mileage low anytime they make a squealing noise its warping the rotor.So the rotor will be uneven if you dont turn them or the other way arounf the rotor could be warped causing the failure of pads.They warp from overheating,age,braking to hard,and braking alot when wet.
