Answer

Hi,

if someone else would own the land - the real estate tax bill would be issued to that person.

However - in our situation - Real Property Tax Bill is issued to MARTHA M. JOHNSON and if you see on the Bill - it included the lot and lot dimensions are stated - 14-2X59-8.

You may also verify the MAP

It is possible that the lot was sold but was not registered with the city yet - is so - we may not know unless it would be properly registered.

So far officially - the person mentioned above should be considered as a legal owner of the lot and the house on that land.

Same is true for all other owners living at that block.

Let me know if you need any help.
