Hello,
Welcome to Just Answer and thanks for your question. The only way you can know that you have hormonal issues and what they are is to have blood tests. Both hyper- and hypo-thyroidism can be associated with excessive hair loss. Female or male pattern baldness are other causes, as are poor nutrition and some anemias. In every case, the solution depends on the cause. At your age you are probably entering peri-menopause and irregular periods are to be expected. Either your primary provider, a gynecologist, or endocrinologist can order the tests to determine if you are having hormone irregularities and which ones.
Your doctors will know what to order. You should have CBC, thyroid panel, CMP, lipid panel just to get through the normal stuff, then LH, FSH, testosterone level. If you are anemic, then you could be lightheaded. That can also come from inner ear problems, sinus problem, blood pressure (high or low), or even anxiety.
