i have never done any i need help with the dash bard and then with removing and insalling the heater core.

Removal and Installation

INSTRUMENT PANEL

Removal

  1. Remove the center console. Refer to "CENTER CONSOLE".
  2. Remove the steering column. Refer to "Removal and Installation".
  3. Remove the combination meter. Refer to "COMBINATION METER".
  4. Remove defroster grille and disconnect the optical sensor harness.
  5. Remove side ventilator assembly LH.
  6. Remove the LH assist grip and windshield garnish.
  7. Remove side ventilator assembly RH.
  8. Remove the RH assist grip and windshield garnish.
  9. Remove instrument panel. Disconnect harnesses to instrument panel speakers LH and RH and remove speakers. Disconnect GPS antenna. Disconnect all remaining harnesses. Remove the passenger air bag module. Refer to "FRONT PASSENGER AIR BAG MODULE".

Installation
Installation is in the reverse order of removal.

CLUSTER LID C

  1. Pull cluster lid C towards rear of vehicle to release clips.
  2. Disconnect electrical connectors.

Installation is in the reverse order of removal.

CLUSTER LID D

  1. Remove A/T finisher. Refer to "A/T FINISHER".
  2. Remove lower instrument panel LH. Refer to "LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL LH".
  3. Remove lower instrument panel RH. Refer to "LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL RH AND GLOVE BOX".
  4. Remove cluster lid C. Refer to "CLUSTER LID C".
  5. Remove cluster lid D.
    • Pull the lid toward the rear of the vehicle to release the clips.
    • Disconnect the electrical connectors.

Installation is in the reverse order of removal.

LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL LH
Remove screws using power tool, and remove lower instrument panel LH.

  • Pull to disconnect clips.
  • Disconnect harnesses.

Installation is in the reverse order of removal.

COMBINATION METER

  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  2. Remove the lower instrument panel LH. Refer to "LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL LH".

  1. Remove the meter cover.
  2. Remove cluster lid A.
  3. Remove screws using power tool and remove the combination meter assembly.
    • Disconnect electrical connectors.

Installation is in the reverse order of removal.

A/T FINISHER

  1. Remove the shift knob.
  2. Remove the console mask.
  3. Pull up to release clips and remove the A/T finisher.
    • Disconnect harnesses.

LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL RH AND GLOVE BOX

  1. Remove the instrument lower cover RH.
  2. Remove screws using power tool, release clips and remove glove box and housing as an assembly.
  3. Remove damper clip from glove box.
  4. Remove glove box pins and glove box.
  5. Using power tool, remove screws and glove box striker.
  6. Remove fuse block cover.
  7. Remove screws and glove box damper.

Installation
Installation is in the reverse order of removal.

CENTER CONSOLE

  1. Remove the lower instrument panel RH. Refer to "LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL RH AND GLOVE BOX".
  2. Remove the A/T shifter. Refer to "Control Device Removal and Installation".
  3. Remove screws from center console.
    • Disconnect electrical harnesses.
  1. Move front seats forward and remove the center console assembly.

Installation is in the reverse order of removal.

 

 

HEATER CORE

Removal and Installation

REMOVAL

  1. Remove the heater and cooling unit assembly.
  2. Remove the four screws and remove the upper bracket.
  3. Remove the four screws and remove the heater core cover.

  1. Remove the heater core pipe bracket.
  2. Remove the heater core. NOTE: If the in-cabin microfilters are contaminated from coolant leaking from the heater core, replace the in-cabin microfilters with new ones before installing the new heater core.

INSTALLATION
Installation is in the reverse order of removal.
