Answer

Hello,

It sounds like your daughter may have a urinary tract infection.
These cause pain with urination, abdominal pain and fever.
She needs to see her pediatrician as soon as possible to have her urine tested.
If she has a urinary tract infection, she needs to be put on antibiotics.

If you have any further questions, I am happy discuss with you.

Answer

The swelling may be due to the infection--if she has a kidney infection, this can lead to protein in the urine which can lead to swelling of the face.

Allergic reactions can cause swelling of the face as well. If she has eaten anything new or taken any new medication recently, this could also cause the swelling.

I would recommend that she see a doctor as soon as possible and not wait until tomorrow.
