Hi There!!!!
Thanks for Choosing Just Answer....
This is correct I am showing this unit weighs 4520lbs and has one slide out. The length is 31' and the width is 8'...Any time you purchase a used RV you should really do a good inspection of all the systems. Start on the roof and make sure all the sealant looks good, no cracks or voids. Run all the DC and AC appliances in the unit. Make sure the LP system is working correctly. Request the water tank be filled and run all the faucets and look for leaks... When a unit sits in a cold water climate it is possible for the plumbing lines to crack if it is not winterized correctly... Normally a dealer will do a PDI (pre-delivery Inspection) that inspects all the components and systems.... IF you have any other questions or concerns please feel free to contact me...

OK
I got to do some inspections on these and they are good units. One thing I would look at is the slide room... Make sure it is going in and out properly and sits in the box square. I beleive this uses the Accu-slide that uses cables, have never been a big fan of the cable system but they do work fine. So if anything I would say the cable system for the slide would be something that could cause an issue...
Thanks, Robert
Thanks for your answer, I will accept but just one more thing, the person that has this camper told me he had a cable break and was replaced. Is this a red flag that it has issues,
Thanks
Kevin
AHH....
What I would do is run the room at least a dozen times, make sure the room is going in good and the room sits flush, not tipping or anything like that. I am not a fan of the cable system because they can be difficult to work on. I am sure if he told you that the cable broke before, that he is being honest and not hiding anything else... But I would make sure that room is running good before purchase....
