Cleaning services provided in the state of PA are subject to sales tax. So you should be charging sales tax on the services you provide.

Please refer to the following excerpt from PA sales tax law, item G, which covers building maintenance and cleaning services.

The excerpt states that employee amounts are exempt, since allthe money is for me am I exempt?

I do not see any section that says employee amounts are exempt. Can you please tell me exactly where you see that statement so I can review what it is you are referring to?
