Question
I have been divorced for a year. I have custody of my two kids ages 9 and 7. My ex has gets them overnight every other weekend. He is also gay. In the past year he has moved several times and has made the kids share a bedroom. He got evicted from his last apt and moved in with his boyfriend.I just found out that his boyfriend has a criminal record. IT includes drugs selling drugs and child endangerment from 4 years ago till now. do i have theright to not have the kids around him?

Thanks for your question. You need to return to court here and seek to modify the court orders. You have good grounds to do so.If you have to give them to him then you need to contact children's services and investigate his living condiditons and care of the children here. This might well help your custody case to seek modification of visitation in this matter.I wish you good luck here..
