You can still file a complaint on the complaint form and it must be investigated. You are entitled to an answer. Since it happened in Louisiana, you can also file a complaint in that state. It is done through the Governor's office. It is not right that you were treated that way. You should also write a letter outlining your complaint to Yum Brands. Sometimes, a phone call may be answered by a low level employee. You need to write the letter to the CEO of the company and to the Marketing Director. Below please find a link to Yum Brands.
