Question

I just purchased Word Perfect Office X4 and am trying to install it. I have tried entering the code on the disc cover several times and it keeps telling me that it is not correct. What am I doing wrong?

Thank you for the question. The only advice I would offer would be to make sure that you are entering the code exactly how it appears on the disc, with upper-case letters, and making sure that you are not mistaking zero's for the letter O (0 versus O).
