Question

We have a new (to us) camper - a used Fleetwood Prowler, and we've turned on the water switch over the sink, but the water is still not working. I understand there are two water switches, but can't for the life of me find the other one. We have all the manuals, and have looked on the actual pump, but can't find a switch on it. Any idea of where else to check?

Sometimes a secondary switch will be located in the plumbing bay. Make sure the water tank has water and all the valves are in the correct position. Next I would get a test light and see if you are getting power at the pump, some pumps will use an in-line fuse on the off the pump. Next I would found the fuse box and probe every fuse in the box with the test light. IF you do have power at the pump it could be bad. You can get a 12 volt drill battery and jump the wires on the pump and it should run.
