Welcome to Just Answer and thanks for your question. You can only get a second opinion from an endocrinologist you have seen in person. You will also need blood tests to make sure your hormones are within range. There are many, many reasons for gynecomastia and treatment would depend on the underlying reason. Please see another endocrinologist who can determine what the cause is so that you can work on the solution.
