Already Tried:
there are no lawyers in Washington that handle ADA. cases I tried calling a lawyer in Oregon but he never returned my call. I live in Cathlamet Wa.

The first thing you should do is telephone the bank and speak with the bank manager. Explain your situation and ask that they make accommodations for you. They may allow you access through a different entrance or provide you assistance via different ways to ensure that your banking needs are met.
