There are a few things you can do to improve the fuel economy. Replace the spark plugs. Clean the throttle body with throttle body cleaner and a soft rag. Clean the mass air flow sensor with the throttle body cleaner. You can get a fuel induction service, I do not know of any do it yourself for that one. Last is the check engine light on?
