can an amphetamine come up positive for cocaine on a drug test?Ive been taking zantac and showed positive for cocaine could zantac be the reason?

In terms of things that can come up as a false positive for cocaine -- there are relatively few.

An emphetamine should not come up positive for cocaine on a drug test.

Zantac should not come up positive for cocaine.

The known things that could create a false positives for cocaine:
coca-leaf tea
topical anesthetics using cocaine (like those used in nasal sinus surgery)

A positive cocaine on a drug test could be confirmed with the GC/MS testing. But amphetamines (unless contaminated with cocaine) nor zantac should cause the false positive result.
