Hello. Given the length of time this boat has been stored, I would strongly suggest that if you become serious about the purchase, you have a qualified marine surveyor take a careful look at the boat and all of it's systems. In the meantime, I would want to know:
I would want to test engine compression. Each cylinder should be at least 100 psi with a variation of not more than 15 psi between any two, and both engines should be about the same. I would want to attempt to start the engines, perhaps using a portable fuel tank. Your ears can tell you a lot about the overall condition if it runs.
You didn't say if this is an inboard or inboard/outboard. If I/O, drain some lower unit oil and check the color and make sure there are no metal particles in it. If an inboard, you will need to evaluate the tranmissions, and take a look at the cutlass bearings.
