I have a 98 Damon Magnum 5th wheel trailer. How do you turn up the hot water heater so the water will get hotter.

Hi,
Is the water heater electronic,if so there is no way of turning up the temp. on it.
It is a fixed setting,if it is an atwood,there is an adjustable thermostat that can be purchased and installed,you can also buy a eco and thermostat kit and replace them,over time they will loose there values and new ones will correct the problem.

I believe the water heater is propane. Can the be changed

Yes,as I stated above,they are replaceable,Atwood sells an adjustable t-stat.Most are fixed temperature.
