I just had blood discharge during peeing.I ejacualated 3 hours ago.I have had soreness in the scrotum for the few months.I run a lot and it is sore after exercise.

Hello,

I would like to help you with your question about a bloody discharge during urination and soreness of the scrotum.

Blood in the urine could have a number of different causes. One possibility is an infection somewhere along the urinary tract. Or it could even be the result of the trauma that occurs with running as you suggested.

But there are also more worrisome possibilities that need to be ruled out such as kidney disease, STDs, and tumors.

My best advice would be to make an appointment to see your doctor to have the bleeding properly evaluated, as it is not normal and could potentially be due to serious disease.
