It's important to determine the cause of the little bumps on your dog's skin which could be hives, an allergic rection to something she ate or came in contact with, fleas, mites, etc. Only an in person vet exam will determine the exact cause of her symptoms, and then she will be treaed to control the itching and help her feel more comfortable.

Think about any changes made in your dog's environment, lately, like if you used a new detergent for laundry, have used air fresheners or scented candles, painted, sprayed insecticide, got new furniture, added any new plants, flowers, etc., to try to determine what might be causing her itching. Also, consider any plants, flowers, and other objects she may have come in contact with outside.

I hope all will be well with your dog once she's diagnosed and treated by the vet.
