either way have a ton of problems with electronics, as well as any water in the engine, if the water entered the engine then at this point would be looking at rebuilding the engine as well.
The any computers will be fried, any electronic motors could be damaged as well, flooded cars are a lot worse then a accident car, the salt in saltwater is a conductor of electicity and even after the water dries is left behind, even with fresh water when the battery is connected and it is flooded electonics start to fry. Depending on how high the water is you could also be looking at damaged electonics in the dash in that car you could possibly have 10k easy into repairs, it is very hard to say without looking everything over. But like I said if water entered the engine that is going to have to be rebuilt and very expensive.
