There are a couple of possibilities about this. If by OCD you mean obsessive compulsive disorder some dogs become fixed on lighs and reflections.
If you mean osteo condritis dessicans a joint problem and he is on meds for joint issues the problem may not be how shiny the floor is but how unsteady your dog feels on his feet. He may find the shiny surface too slippery when he walks on it. If he is unsure of how well he can walk on those surfaces that could be the problem.
Make sure his nails are all trimmed so he gets correct traction with his paws. If they are too long they can keep the pads from gripping properly.
Consider a rug or even a plastic runner mat across any shiny areas he seems fearful of moving along.
You might consider a product used in the show ring called Tacky Paws or a similar product which you can see here
http://www.shop.com/Tacky+Paw+Wax+Shaws+Paw+Wax-11581776-p+.xhtml
but I've not used it in a house (only at dog shows) so am not sure if it would leave paw prints on your shiny floors or not.
If his arthritis is bad you might ask your vet about Adequan shots which you can read about here
http://www.luitpold.com/canine/faq/faq.htm
it gives a boost to the glucosamine use.
You might also want your vet to check his vision if it doesn't seem to be a mobility issue. He may be having a hard time being sure of where he is walking due to the shine if he has a vision issue.
Hope this helps you!
