there was an existing business that closed, the equiptment in the store was purchased
using a finance company. the old business stopped paying and walked away from the
store. there is one person that the loan was given to to purchase equiptment and a lien
was placed on his house. there is now a new business and the lien people are trying to
repo the stuff ie sinks, fire supression hood ect.

They cannot repo that as it was not a subject of their lien.
